How do I track my package?
Enter your tracking number on the /track page. You will see real-time updates, location history, and the estimated delivery date.
What shipping services do you offer?
We offer Standard, Express, Overnight, Economy, and International Freight services. Each service has different delivery times and pricing.
How long does delivery take?
Standard: 5-7 business days, Express: 2-3 business days, Overnight: next business day, Economy: 7-14 business days. International times vary by destination.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes. Every shipment includes basic insurance. Additional coverage can be purchased for high-value items through our insurance & claims page.
What happens if my package is late?
We offer an on-time delivery guarantee. If your package is late due to our service failure, you may be eligible for a refund or credit.
Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, but only before the package is out for delivery. Contact our support team as soon as possible with your tracking number.
What items are prohibited?
Dangerous goods, weapons, illegal items, perishables, and certain lithium batteries are restricted. See our prohibited items page for full details.
How do I file a claim?
Visit the insurance & claims page, fill out the claim form, and upload any required documentation. Our team responds within 2 business days.
Do you offer business accounts?
