1. Services

SmartMailing Service provides package shipping, freight forwarding, tracking, and related logistics services. Services are subject to availability and local regulations.

2. Prohibited Items

You may not ship illegal goods, hazardous materials, weapons, explosives, perishable foods without proper packaging, or items prohibited by destination country laws. See our prohibited items page.

3. Payment and Fees

All charges are due at the time of shipment. Additional fees may apply for customs duties, remote area delivery, re-delivery attempts, and address corrections.

4. Liability and Insurance

Our liability is limited unless additional insurance is purchased. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date for lost packages.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
